Mediation Demonstrations - Fish-Bowl Style
The MSBA ADR Section invites you to an informative program covering some of the more common ethical issues and troublesome situations (early impasse, bad behavior, confidentiality, etc.) that can arise in anyone's mediation sessions. Rather than presenting this information in a standard lecture-style format, the issues and situations will be demonstrated through several role plays and mediated by experienced mediators John Bickerman, Dan Dozier, Ellen Kandell, Joyce Mitchell, and Steve Shapiro.
