Liz Cardinale is an Associate of Press, Dozier & Hamelburg. She believes in taking a client-centered approach to the practice of law to make sure clients’ concerns and questions are heard and fully addressed. She is committed to providing thoughtful advocacy to meet the specific needs of the businesses and individuals she is representing.

Ms. Cardinale practices in the areas of business law, real estate, and litigation. She advises her clients as they navigate the broad variety of issues that come with starting, buying and managing a business. In addition, she assists clients with various aspects of real estate transactions, including the preparation of residential deeds, foreclosure matters, reviewing contracts and the resolution of landlord/tenant issues. Ms. Cardinale also provides litigation assistance with matters such as settlement resolution, evictions, judgment collections and contract claims. 

Ms. Cardinale graduated from The University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, where she served as an Articles Editor for the Journal of Business & Technology and wrote a Note on the antitrust litigation surrounding the NCAA student-athletes’ grant-in-aid cap, published on August 3, 2021.  Ms. Cardinale also was on the Executive Board of the Business Law Society and worked in the Intellectual Property and Entrepreneurship Clinic during her time in law school. Ms. Cardinale received a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences with honors from the University of Delaware, where she also was a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Society.
