Ms. Wheeler practices in the areas of estate planning, probate and trust administration, commercial and residential real estate, and litigation. She strives to simplify the estate planning process for her clients while crafting a unique plan to meet the individual wishes and goals of every situation. She serves as a partner with her clients as they navigate probate procedures while often dealing with the emotional and financial stress of losing a loved one. In addition, Ms. Wheeler assists clients with various aspects of real estate transactions, including the preparation of residential deeds, foreclosure matters, reviewing contracts and resolution of landlord/tenant issues. When the needs of her clients require it, Ms. Wheeler provides litigation assistance with matters such as settlement resolution, evictions, and judgment collections.
Ms. Wheeler graduated magna cum laude from American University Washington College of Law, where she served as Note and Comment Editor for American University Law Review. Ms. Wheeler also recognizes the importance of community service and regularly volunteers with various civic and religious organizations and local schools.
