Attorney Daniel Dozier has worked as a mediator and advisor with parties involved in hazardous waste site cleanup under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), commonly known as Superfund. His experience as a neutral settling nearly every type of environmental dispute has made him an internationally-recognized expert in environmental law and dispute resolution.
He is a hazardous waste cost allocation expert and, working with Potentially Responsible Parties (PRPs), has resolved cost allocation disputes at dozens of sites around the nation. He has also served as an expert witness in hazardous waste cost allocation litigation.
Mr. Dozier has lectured on this subject at the Universidad de Buenos Aires y Foro International de Administracion Conflictos (FIAR) in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and has served as an Adjunct Professor in this subject at Vermont Law School.
