Our colleague Jamie Kent Hamelburg was recognized as “Volunteer of the Year” by the Maryland Women’s Business Center!   For the past few years, Jamie has co-taught a class called the “ABC’s of Starting a Business”. Her role in the class focused on the legal steps that should be taken to start a business.  Through her own legal practice at Press, Dozier & Hamelburg, LLC and her volunteer work with The Maryland Women’s Business Center, Jamie has helped hundreds of women start their own companies.  A video highlighting Jamie and her work at the Center is here.
